Community based Hematology Oncology practice located in Manitowoc, WI with Froedtert Holy Family Memorial Hospital, in partnership with the Medical College of Wisconsin Division of Hematology and Oncology.

Position Highlights

• Well-established practice with a Medical Oncologist/Hematologist and an Advanced Practice Provider. Practice also includes dedicated Radiation Oncology
• Practice is located on campus of Froedtert Holy Family Memorial Hospital (HFM), a 55-bed community hospital located in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, with more than 10 specialty clinics on site
• The HFM Cancer Care program is accredited by the Commission on Cancer (CoC)
• Opportunity to be part of an innovative and collaborative, cancer program offering patients physical, spiritual, and emotional needs
• Collaborate closely with sub-specialty oncology disciplines at the F&MCW campus to provide advanced integrated clinical care with future potential for clinical trials participation.
• Participate in the academic activities of the Division of Hematology/Oncology, multi-disciplinary tumor conferences and other professional activities.

In 2021 a partnership was created between Holy Family Memorial Hospital and the Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin health network. Its a partnership that builds on the rich legacy of Holy Family Memorial and secures it for years to come, and means that if needed, local HFMH providers can connect with all the resources of eastern Wisconsins only academic health system, including access to advanced treatment options and clinical trials not widely available. The Division & Cancer Center

The Division of Hematology and Oncology has 70 faculty and 14 fellows and more than 80 advanced practice providers. It also has a dedicated inpatient and ambulatory care facility, an integrated Palliative Care program and close clinical and research interactions with Surgical and Radiation Oncology, the Blood Center of Wisconsin and the Center for International Blood and Marrow Transplant Registry (CIBMTR). This Division is an active member of ECOG-ACRIN.
