The Team:Our finance team oversees general accounting, accounts payable, customer billing, credit and collections, and financial planning activities, and ensures processes meet the needs of our business. The Role:We are seeking an entry-level Staff Accountant to join our finance team at Noble's Boston, MA headquarters and grow their career with Noble. The Staff Accountant is responsible for processing AP invoices, employees' expense reports, and preparing monthly financial results.

Noble offers unlimited potential for growth and has a long track record of promoting employees from within.Essential Functions:+ Match invoice with purchase order and enter voucher information into the NetSuite Accounts Payable (AP) module for payment+ Reach out to vendors to discuss any issue with the vendor invoices+ Review expenditures to ensure accuracy and compliance with the Company's Expenditure policy+ Audit expense reports to ensure compliance with Company's T policy+ Reconcile company credit cards assigned to you+ Reconcile balance sheet accounts assigned to you+ Review divisional Profit and Loss statements assigned to you+ Research and respond to inquiries and issues with data analysis+ Assist with various other general accounting tasks as neededKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:+ Good working knowledge of computerized systems is required+ Ability to multi-task and balance different priorities+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail+ Experience with Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite is a plus+ Must be of intermediate skill level in Excel or willing to put in the time to learn+ Ability to work independently and communicate with senior management, employees, and outside agencies on a regular basis+ Ability to interact with regional offices to resolve discrepanciesRequirements B.S. in Accounting or related finance field 1-3+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting preferredBenefits Medical, Dental, Life, LTD, 401K, PTO We love veterans!
